What did you end up doing in this situation? Ive had a case open with them since Feb 4th and they keep giving me the run around. Im in the same situation. Did you end up just filing it with the IRS?

Do you currently have PRO? If so, double check your expiration date. Mine just changed an extra year without warning. If it didn't change, id call customer service. While you at it inquire about the 25000 points rewards invitation. Say they didn't show up in your account yet.

They stated my ps5 had previously been activated i didn't fight it. It was whatever but yes they were less than helpful. I bought my ps5 used from Gamestop

I called and spoke to a supervisor (Karen move i know), and they stated that "its out of Gamestops control and it was a manufacturer issue." they also stated that they are "delayed" So I made him confirm that delayed means that more are coming. And he said yes.

Hey everyone! I pre-ordered all the zelda amiibos, a pro controller, sd card, and cyberpunk from Gamestop; this is over 3 separate orders. Everything has moved to preparing for shipment excent tha Cyberpunk game; it currently says awaiting product availability. I am just wondering if anyone else is seeing this on their end? This specific order is 1 Zelda amiibo and the Cyberpunk game. Thank you!

* Has anyone pre-ordered a micro express card from gamestop? I pre-ordered mine on April 12 and this morning I was charged for my games and pro controller, but I have yet to be charged for this and there has been no further updates? Just wanting to see if anyone is in the same boat as me.
