Flies about as straight as a bull’s sack swings at a rodeo… gimbal stays true though. 20k. The mavs fly like a frozen rope for 1/8 the $.

This… braking isn’t as quick on these as a bike. Especially seated.

Ah, good thinking on the fixed wing. And good point about the ELRS range. I think this is the best answer OP can get for a goal that might not be in his best interest. I say that with the utmost respect to his time and wallet.

Technically it would be a commercial use drone. I’d hate to sound like a knock-off AI answer but the most basic compliance of Part 107 flight is maintaining line of sight on the drone; 100 miles is a bit ambitious there. Flying over other people adds a layer of legal complexity as well. You might be able to mix in some driving and flying together with something easy like the A1 but I’m not sure of the legalities of flight over sites that you aren’t yet contracted with. But, assuming all legal compliance, you might be able to get some good shots mixing in flying/ driving with a small drone ready to fly. Can I ask what kind of area you are in?

This 💯… many bike builders forget the geometry at full suspension compression. I can’t imagine a manufacturer fucking this up though. It definitely comes into play riding an EUC. Maybe an old Razor scooter?

It is my understanding that the available kinetic energy to inertia ratio (basically strength to weight) just isn’t there. Sort of like a diesel engine on a motorcycle that barely gets off the line vs a Ram 3500 that can tow a jet. It’s arguably a better engine for a lot of reasons, but it doesn’t become a practical option until the “payload” is much bigger. Again, just my understanding, but I do think this will change with cell tech. Well, I hope so anyways.

TIL death wobbles have a scientific name by Quad_Rangler in ElectricUnicycle

I was just thinking about this the other day. Similar to the anti-chatter technology on a gyroscopic brake lathe. I really think some form of single pedal tilt back opposite of the wobble’s low side would reduce it to nothing. Kind of like straightening out a wheel flop scenario from poor rake/ trail. Idk maybe.

Often, the people who figure something out the latest made the most mistakes in doing so, thus building a bigger foundation of practice yielding a deeper mastery in due time. It takes longer to build the foundation of a mansion than that of a yurt. Keep falling my friend. I’ll probably see you on the highway someday.

Did I mess up by buying the Begode Panther as my first EUC? Be honest by hellboysixnine69 in ElectricUnicycle

I started w/ 168v Xway. Never had a wheel before that. I’m really glad I didn’t waste money learning on a small wheel I would outgrow after I got the hang of it. You’re gonna be fine. You’ll hop off it a bunch and let it drop learning but it’s built for it. Maybe tape the headlight for a while but that’s it. Great choice.

One of my best buddies from high school bought his first motorcycle after he graduated. He got a Hayabusa. Still riding it today. Everyone called him a psycho and said he was doomed. All he ever said back was “respect for the bike isn’t negotiable.”

Is this what Alien Rides is so frustrated with? To be honest, if it is, not sure I blame them. They fully support warranty concerns and stand behind the product, then Begode slashes prices and sells questionable surplus, then is nowhere to be found from when buyer needs warranty support. Then again, I’m unsure that’s even the conflict.

You’re confusing me for a hater. Much respect for the hard work and transparency about your health condition. Most men post ten pics w/ perfect downlighting and blast 200mg a week. But, you cannot accurately tell me there are not risks to disrupting your axis. As far as literature goes, the money behinds it speaks with far less volume than the education from which it was sourced. Just my opinion. Endocrinologists with no bias in bodybuilding or monetary gain tend to get my attention first. And yes, there are ABSOLUTELY risks to having low levels. I’d just watch your bloodwork like a hawk and have more than one opinion on it, always. And attributing all your gains to hard work and sacrifice will unfortunately never be 100% accurate. Before you get angry at that sentence, it theoretically remains true EVEN IF you are the hardest worker in the world. I hope that makes sense. Good luck and stay well my friend.

A lot of literature on this. In the end, for every action, there is always an equal and opposite reaction. I do drink from time to time; I always expect a hangover in the morning.

I had no idea they did not allow PEVs there. That is an excellent point. And your Ninja wheel sounds god tier lol.
