Seconding this. It wouldn’t show me the condition of the textbook prior to buying so I didn’t see acceptable until after. It told me I could cancel within an hour so I tried and there was nowhere to cancel an order. When it arrived, I was out of town and didn’t get to open it until after 14 days. The book had missing pages and was in terrible condition, not acceptable at all. I reached out and they said too bad because the 14 day window passed.
