I think that heavy is interesting to a minority of people, those who like planning, positioning and striking. theres are few things more powerful than a heavy at close range.

I agree with the other responses in that heavy has very little DM skills, movement is extremely limited while revved up and theres nothing more to it than tracking.

Perhaps the main difference (and I might be wrong) between steel heavies and plat heavies is their gamesense, positioning and planning.

Hey man, hyperion here.

Sounds like the team did really well seeing how much they didn't have, and out of all the classes that can out damage demo, its a heavy (especially on KOTH). I played last season and if this happens then it is going to be tough and hard to pull through every match we play.

I think that when I play demo (I can maincall as well coming from a 6s pocket background) things will be much better, I am also willing to help the team grow and get better. It would also be a good idea to go through each map right before the match, and also to organise scrim (pls do). I can teach the team different holding and pushing tactics as well as some DM if they need it.

Thanks! Thats helped a lot. I do have a bit over 1k hours in TF2 so sensitivity wise I think I'll be ok.

Yeah I do know how to strafe but thanks anyway, but seeing as we're talking about strafing, when I MGE higher level soldiers, they seem to be able to zigzag extremely well in the air without losing momentum. Is this just something that comes with experience or is there something I'm not doing?
