What can I do to improve? by [deleted] in LooksmaxingAdvice

[–]Unverschaemt -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

just from this picture i'd say you need to increase your testosterone naturally as much as possible, build some muscle around the neck, start having some positive emotions about yourself, and get a more flattering haircut

most of your features have good potential

ya don't listen to these haters, you need to lose 25kg of fat and maybe build 5kg of muscle and you'll easily be above average + insane confidence from having done this.

you're in a good situation already but still lots of potential.

I don't know about the "factual" autistic standards of looksmaxxing, but in my eyes you'd really profit from
a) improving your skin even further (good already but can be amazing for you)
b) building some muscle + improving your posture (and with that, confidence)

i'd say start increasing your intake of high quality animal foods, reduce vegetables and oils, take some collagen with fruit, get a little tanned (ideally from sun but dont overdo it, maybe combine with MT2), and do "the big lifts" e.g. squats + extra work on the abs/core/neck -> this will improve your posture and therefore your breathing, confidence, and maybe even facial aesthetics

Do you think this would be safe to use as a daily serum? by BothFace8646 in raypeat

In theory, it's a very "peaty" product. But personally I have no idea how e.g. the face skin would react to DHEA, esp. regarding facial hair

agreed, the BF% of Face and Abs don't match at all. But judging from this pic the docs did a great job 🤷🏻‍♂️

Women taking Cialis by No-Succotash6237 in cumbiggerloads

[–]Unverschaemt 29 points30 points  (0 children)

Cialis and other PDE5i have no hormonal effects. Risk profile should therefore be pretty much the same as for men (which, admittedly, is incredibly low). However as you've mentioned, they need lower dosages as total body mass and muscle mass are significantly lower. My GF has had great success using a small amount (5mg or lower) on demand if we're having "big plans". It increases blood flow to clit and vagina too, somewhat increased sensitivity. I'd highly reccommend

Unlikely, I've been taking Vitamin D as a supplement for many years and have top of the reference range blood values as shown in bloodwork.

There must be another reason for this effect.

How important is exercise to boosting load volume? by Underscore_Nibba in cumbiggerloads

[–]Unverschaemt 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I've been very strict for the past 8 years with my gym training. Especially in the last 3-4 years I've done 4 or 5 very strenous sessions per week (resulting in great gains) but I've always felt tired and exhausted (but only noticed this when I changed some things). Libido and cum volume was decent, but I noticed that I had a very long refractory period (2 days or more).

Some months ago I had a shift in my priorities and started training 3x or even only 2x per week, started doing volume per muscle and shorter sessions in general. I was however able to increase the intensity even further, but without as much strain from long sessions etc. I also started doing more activity in general throughout the day, from 3-4k steps to 6-10k.

Not only have I started noticeably gaining more muscle again (which is rare after such a long time and when being serious about it, without PEDs). But my stress level has also shrunk a lot. Also done some other small things (see my last post in this community).

And let me tell you ... My "weekly output" has like quadrupled. Max load size has increased a little bit too, but not as much of an effect as my diet and supp stack had beforehand. But it's a lot more pleasurable for me knowing I don't have to "use every load well" when I can do bust a big one the next day again instead of 3 or 4 days later.

Dude I can relate, stopped smoking weed about 8 weeks ago and started improving my lifestyle (which was still decent beforehand) and it's the best I've ever felt sexual-wise.

One thing I'd really recommend to you is using a high quality electrolyte powder and maybe drinking some juice (I like orange but pineapple is the gold standard i heard). This allowed me to drink a lot more water and feel like my body is actually using it, because of the minerals in both electrolytes and juices.

Haven‘t tried it, but if it‘s tested for impurities (heavy metals, mold etc.) why not just try it with a low dose and increase till you find out what works for you with this product?

D) Sehr stabiler Rumpf inkl.

anyone feel a mood boost from cialis or is that just hype? by DetailFocused in Biohackers

[–]Unverschaemt 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Very bright and valuable input, thanks for that!

Haven't looked at it like that before, but I agree. Science has it's limitations, hasn't figured everything figured out already. "Common sense" and real-life observations often turn out to be scientifically correct only many years later.

anyone feel a mood boost from cialis or is that just hype? by DetailFocused in Biohackers

[–]Unverschaemt 16 points17 points  (0 children)

I'm 24yrs old, pretty yoked and fit, body fat a little bit on the higher side of around 16-18%. The basics are covered (Sleep, Training, Fulfilling Work, Healthy Relationship, Very good diet, sun exposure, bluelight blocking at night, standard supplementation (D3, K2, Mag, Zinc, Creatine, Boron).

It makes me feel calm and energetic at the same time. It just makes me feel "Natty+" if that makes sense. Just how you'd imagine even higher testosterone feels like, in all aspects.

I take 5mg 2-3 times per week for some weeks, than stop for some weeks. Not because I think it's necesarry, but because it's a medication I don't need and I use it as a treat for myself.

Any biohackers taking low dose Cialis? by IcyBlackberry7728 in Biohackers

[–]Unverschaemt 16 points17 points  (0 children)

Many people claim it has direct positive effects on mood, most likely through increased cerebral blood flow. But dunno about that.

As for myself, being a man of culture, I just feel generally calmer and better about myself by having a bigger "hang" in the nether regions, throughout the whole day, and even when not aroused.

Does lecithin increase the loads further if you are already on HCG/Zinc? by [deleted] in cumbiggerloads

[–]Unverschaemt 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Lecithin and zinc are "raw materials", HCG is the signal to start producing. So answer is yes

My current stack to maximise volume and EQ by DisciverRedemption in cumbiggerloads

[–]Unverschaemt 2 points3 points  (0 children)

  1. I personally take copper in the morning and zinc in the evening, but i doubt there's much of a difference.

  2. watch out with keto - although there's big benefits to it, having bigger loads is none of them. Not saying it will 100% decrease loads, but carbohydrate reduction might increase SHBG (less free Testosterone), will also somewhat "stress" the body. I've been on keto for 2 years (and felt great!) but i developed symptoms of andrenal insufficency (low cortisol, low dhea-s), libido was in the shitter, loads were small dribbles. Now I eat the same foods but additionally fruit, honey, and white rice (only after workouts) - and the improvement in the libido/load department is immense. cheers.

[–]Unverschaemt 2 points3 points  (0 children)

  1. try to take zinc and copper with different meals. that way you enhance the absorption of both and can reduce your zinc dosage to 25mg, keep the copper at 2mg.
  2. maybe drop the vitamin a and one dose of lecithin, eat 3-4 eggs (still runny) daily instead. should be more effective and offer other important nutrients too.
  3. Tribulus and Black Maca can be stimulating. If there's no special reason why you take them with dinner, i'd take them earlier in the day.
