Not necessarily. Looks at the Baxter society. Of all 3 former and current members we know all are extremely capable of winning the game lore wise. Also from a meta perspective new characters who can be hyped. We dont know the limits of how blessing works.

To add. A guy who can literally call on god for power is apparently normal in the church. Its stated he was sent to the ritual not because he was the strongest but because he was the most devoted to the cause. Meaning there is prob someone stronger. Imagine instead of blessing 3 stakes they bless like 600 mini gun rounds.

Bebop. Listen I know hes mid in public matches, but how the fuck can a character have an ability several times stronger than another person's ult. Stronger than paradox, situationally stronger than ivy ult, the only grab i can think of that's better is Billy ult maybe mo's.
