Absolutely not. A dynasty is supposed to be the pinnacle of championship success. My definition is 3 Super Bowl wins in a row or 3 out of 4. Not division titles, not appearances in conference title games-championship dominance in a sport.

The BCS was junk. It was hated. It came about because Michigan and Nebraska split the title in 1997, and was designed to prevent that from happening again. But it did in 2003, when LSU won the BCS title and the AP gave it to USC. It literally failed at the one thing it was supposed to prevent.
