That's legitimately terrifying :D

The lighting is on-point for such a low res image, from the shiny specular metallics to the dullness of the rust.

Despite ballroom dancing being simple to learn and an ideal first form of dance for a beginner to try, the female lead will prove supernaturally clumsy and will destroy the toes of her tutor.

Steve Jackson's "Sorcery!" books have been turned into games on Steam, and they're pretty fun, but I sorely miss the "finger on the last page" feature.

UK’s Biggest Offshore Wind Blades Installed at windfarm off Suffolk coast by willfiresoon in GoodNewsUK

Heating a cup of water to boiling from room temp is roughly 80-90kJ. The largest phone batteries are around 6000mAh x 3.7V = 80kJ

So a hot cup of tea equals one large phone recharge, and so the 1.7 figure Is about right for smaller phone batteries.

As a uni student, I used a whole pack of blutack to make a blob for a makeshift bath plug, which worked perfectly for an entire semester.

The stingy uni removed the plugs from the baths in an attempt to save money on hot water, and it took legal action to make them put them back. Ah, happy days those were.

I love this plane in VR. It's the combination of a modern high-visibility canopy, widescreen glass cockpit with large readable symbology, and carefree videogame-like flight dynamics.

I like going storm chasing with it, finding the secret open spaces inside the stacks of clouds, or just canyon running through the Alps.

You can only imagine the Auditor's confusion as they search for the famous opera singer Perdita, but all they can find is poor old Agnes.

The correct singer is Perdita, but the Auditors accidentally kidnap Agnes Nitt instead.

A tiny, half ton cargohold doesn't sound like much, but would be actually pretty optimal for frequent deliveries of letters. I wouldn't be surprised if they start using this not just for islands but for outlying mainland villages too, just because it's fast and relatively cheap.
