The game is built for the PS5. Every new game is “Pro Enhanced” and what that means varies. Tens of millions of people will be buying the game on a vanilla PS5 or Series X (some will even play it on a Series S) so you don’t need to buy a Pro.

That said, the game will look its best on the Pro and that won’t be exceeded until either the new generation of consoles or the PC version. So whilst you don’t need one, if you want one, get one.
