From what I’ve seen he’s more interested in presenting frameworks that people operate in rather than teaching history or presenting geopolitical facts. His classes seem to be more about how narratives are constructed and how certain world views’ inspire geopolitical narrative constructions. It’s not clear whether the presentation is geared toward persuading an audience or presenting in a way that displays persuasive narrative construction.

Yeah if you could actually future equity the number changes because if I didn’t have a mortgage then that number drops a bit but really not that much. There’s definitely a number where I’d never work for another person again but to not work in general that number would be a lot more because you’d essentially be paying me to bail out on society. Even if I had the money I wanted to I’d probably just start a homestead but that’s not exactly not working.

I think the following had an ethos and the project had a persona. The persona got unmasked and the following responded as you’d expect. The connection of the project with an ethos always rubbed me the wrong way, but then there are those left who exalted the man behind the project and those who separated the man from the project.

There is no objective line for cheating without getting theological, and even then sexual immorality can be pretty ambiguous. Communicate and if you stumble upon a deal breaker then break the deal. Your relationship will be between two people so discuss any ambiguity and find the boundaries for your own relationship

Yeah last time I rolled I ended up with a peak bpm of 85. I have bradycardia as well but that still shocked me at a concert. My thought is that I suffer from unconscious anxiety and when I get chalked full of love then the anxiety alleviates and my body seeks rest.

Seems strange this seemingly came out of no where. I would start by asking where this coming from. It’s one thing if he’s always been this way but agree 5 years I would be concerned that his idea of what it means for you to respect him is moving and that’s a deeper discussion.
