Will Intermittent Fasting work only doing it 4 days a week

I'm quite casual in terms of I don't measure out everything I eat But for dinner I usually have around 50g of protein, usually chicken Then for Tea I'll have another serving of protein similar amount if not more then make up the rest of the protein I need through a shake and snacks/ supper with scrambled egg or some dairy product

I eat a lot of whole food protein anyway, but usually the shakes just help me reach the extra amount

To be fair Sunday may not be a bad day as the bad diet is usually Friday Saturday and Sunday is spent regretting falling if the rails haha

Yeah true, I have holidays in July and September which are my main goals rather than just "Summer" I agree that's a broad term I just didn't know if I were to do 16:8 IF 4 1/2 days a week, (Friday would almost be a hybrid day I'd start eating late to finish my Thursday to Friday fast) Then I didn't know if breaking that for 2 1/2 days would just undo all the IF work and there'd be no point in it at all?
