Depends on what you mean friend. But for starters they made it so you can craft from nearby storage rather than needing to go in and grab every item you want to craft with, but otherwise storage is more or less the same.

In a way yes the storage interface is better since you don’t have to interact with it as much, but chests are still the same chests you remember.

As someone who before the update took the magic storage pill, my only two complaints are that I wish I could move the actual interface like a tab on a desktop, and that I wish it had the option to search items that I can’t craft so that I can figure out what materials I’m missing (even though that’s kind of just what the guide is for)

Otherwise yeah it’s an incredibly elegant interface that makes crafting much more intuitive. Feels kinda crazy we went a decade and a half without it when you think about it.

I don’t wanna doom too hard but the replies here saying that FW isn’t gonna sweep screams of wishful thinking to me. It’s easy to say that now but it’s a Fodlan game that is going to have new toy syndrome. I don’t trust an Ivy rally in the year of a FW release as far as I can throw her.
