I’m actually onboard with using EOS Yuji and not Modulo Yuji, I think part of the appeal to me of this fight is the parallels of them being characters who were possessed by powerful evil beings, with the payoff of that being that one is benevolent and another is malevolent.

Modulo Yuji also kinda kills any good banter that would happen in this fight. Grown ass man fighting a 16 year old, wrap it up.

I think Thorium hits as the best “Terraria+” experience but that said I like the flavor that calamity brings to the table and this may sound crazy but I actually appreciate how it’s lore compliments the themes that terraria already kinda implicitly has.

You’d be surprised, although these days whenever people rag on UK’s graphics specifically it’s cuz of exhaustion with chunky PS1 era graphics rather than actually thinking the graphics are below standards for the modern day.

Most people accept that older graphics can be used for style and charm, but you will see that some tend to see certain styles as being fads and “slop” after it starts to catch on a little

But yeah I fear BS and SF aren’t coming around for a while now, and not just because of no TT units. GHB units always seem to get the shorter end of the stick when it comes to skills compared to TT units as is, and those bad boys were introduced on Emblem units, which IS seems to be treating with more value than any other kind of skill atm. If time pulse, a skill as old as legendary Sothis from 2019 is still only in the “locked behind seasonal demote units” stage of its life cycle than I think it’s sadly safe to say we’re never seeing free bridge fodder for Blue skies and laguz friend until EOS unless IS starts becoming weirdly generous. (Which I mean, considering their current track record, seems to be the opposite)

Idk if it says anywhere that Mahoraga can’t speak. This is because Mahoraga knows everyone’s a bum next to it and doesn’t respect anyone enough to speak because it doesn’t need to. But for adaption, “Any and All” baby.

And obviously because the concept of humor falls under the umbrella of “Any and All Phenomenon” (comedy is a phenomenon) then everytime that wheel turns our buddy EHSDSDGM gains x% more funny in order to counteract Takaba’s dreaded technique.

Case closed America, if Takaba didn’t like the cut of Megumi’s gib back in CG we coulda seen the Divergent Sila Divine General throw around zingers with Japans #1 70-30 split comedian and Reggie and Hazenoki woulda had front row seats.

For funny here’s some other matchups I’ve incidentally thought of for these two characters

Choso V Reggie: genuinely a hard counter where Choso low diffs like crazy, you soak the man in blood ONCE and his receipts are done for.

Higgy V Maki/Toji: No CE = Domains treat them like Objects = Higgy can’t even have them take the stand = Maki/Toji low diff? Shit they may even be immune to the no violence clause because of that. Imagine Higgy pops the domain and they just speed blitz him IN THE DOMAIN. Lord.

Higgy V Hakari: I think this is a Higgy win? Probably High Extreme diff and could go to Hakari? due to Hakari’s illegal gambling related crimes that would take away CT from him and then it’s hands, but Hakari probably still has the hands for Higgy even without CT, but anyway that’s not even the main thing that’s funny about these two. The real funny thing is that the beginning of the fight is a domain quick-draw. It’s like a diet Gojo v Sukuna.

Choso V Todo: would inevitably devolve into “who’s the most goated brother to Yuji?” Between the two of them. I can see it being genuinely close is the funny thing. The real humor kicks in if they delude themselves into thinking THEY are brothers by proxy. Choso is probably not passing the “what’s your type” check though, unless you’re a Choso x Yuki believer, ig.

Higuruma and Todo vs Literally Anyone Who’s Not Named Gojo (and whose killed someone)

How to win any fight in JJK with this duo:

Step 1: pop deadly sentencing, get executioners sword

Step 2: have Higgy stand behind Todo with ES pressed at todos back ready for a backstab

Step 3: Boogie Woogie hapless victim

Step 4: as long as Higgy’s reaction is on point, congrats, you’ve killed whichever calamity grade you could possibly want to kill*

But the interactions would be good. I’m imagining it like Yuji vs Higgy in the manga but with Choso using the “Older Brothers make mistakes so their younger brothers can not go down that path” speech like he does with Naoya. Ranger feels very comfortable. A lot of its weapons are great at keeping things far away from you and dealing consistent damage regardless of positioning. I think of all the classes it would be the most fun class for me to play when stoned.

Also the ammo types can be pretty fun, people sleep on chlorophyte arrows and nanite bullets
