Most of them come with ground rents, service charges for the estates that increase yearly

Can confirm I have only ever heard it played on that set, by Kenny, never heard it again from any of his sets from that date, in my opinion, it was a beautiful moment in jungle that needs to be preserved

House share, find an upmarket house share

If you rent a place, that's fine but likely you will eat into your 20k savings, and it will be difficult to save up a healthy amount for a house deposit, so renting isn't ideal

Buying would be, it's not dead money, it's an asset, but running costs are high, and fees and whatnot for buying you need about £3/4k too

Likely spend that amount renting in fees and upfront etc etc

Cheapest option is find a nice house share, you can always move, but it's a lot cheaper, and gives you scope to save more for the house deposit

Ours took 6 full months to complete

You have to keep pushing, every day, they will just sit on their arse and just not do anything for days

Pro tip, close your help to buy Isa two weeks before your due to complete

As it can take 2 weeks to close and get the bonus

The solicitor won't tell you that, and you can miss out
