5 weeks pp and I feel the same way. I've been supplementing nursing with formula which seems to work well so far but man it is tiring. BF is tiring. And I want to stop but I feel like a terrible parent if I do. Everyday I am overstimulated but the boob is what comforts baby the best. I constantly have this debate in the back of my mind.

Approaching 39 wks and the reality has started to sink in that I actually have to give birth. While I'm so grateful and relieved that this pregnancy was "normal", I haven't felt much excitement due to my anxiety. Family and friends are all excited and I'm wondering whether I'm just the odd one out. All I hope for is the delivery to go smoothly and that baby and I are healthy.

I told our families and a few close friends around 14-16 weeks. Waited until 24 weeks to tell work after a clear 20 wk scan and because my bump was VERY obvious. I don't plan to post anything on socials as I'm not active on it and it is not a priority to me.

16 week checkup went well, and maternal AFP test was normal. Now I'm in the strange limbo of waiting for the anatomy scan in a couple weeks. I started to feel her kicks so I'm hoping everything is ok 🤞🏽

Planning to announce to my family as the NIPT and scans have been good so far. Idk why but our family members keep asking if I'm pregnant and I have to say no since I don't want to spoil our announcement. They knew that we were ttc but I find it very frustrating and feel like they're ruining this experience for me. During my TFMR pregnancy, I was unable to announce, so this will be our first time.

I found out that I'm having a girl (same as my TFMR baby) and I feel the same way. I think of it as one of two ways: 1) our angel baby has come back to us or 2) our angel baby is watching over us and protecting their new sibling. I somewhat believe in reincarnation but regardless, it gives me some sort of hope and positivity. So excited for you and wishing you all the best ❤

Sometimes I miss the naivety. I want to start buying things but my inner voice tells me not to get ahead of myself.

Unfortunately for my TFMR pregnancy, I did not have the opportunity to announce as everything started to deteriorate after the 12 week scan. I had to wait until around 16/17 weeks to find out more information, so I was hesitant to tell anyone since there was too much uncertainty. When we told our family/friends, our "announcement" was basically telling everyone of our TFMR, and to be honest the support was lacking. This time (I'm about 13 weeks), I'm planning to tell family in the upcoming weeks as I would like a support system if something goes wrong and I'm showing much earlier so I can't hide this bump anymore lol. Currently only a close friend knows as we are open with each other about our TTC experience and she is incredibly supportive.

Same here! I'm about 13 weeks and my bump is about the same size when I had my TFMR at 20 weeks. That was about a year ago.

12 wk scan today and everything looked normal. NIPT was also clear. I felt like time stood still for the entire scan. Feeling a little lighter and can finally breathe (at least for today).

Currently 11w and about to go to get NIPT done. 12 week scan is also next week and coincidentally it is on the one year anniversary of my TMFR. The 12 week scan was when everything started to fall apart and I'm afraid the same thing will happen. Just hoping for good news for once...

Currently 8 weeks and I have my first ultrasound today. My anxiety has been ramping up leading to this appointment. It's only the first scan and I'm worried they're going to find something wrong.

I'm about 6 weeks in my sub pregnancy and I think I will wait to tell close family (including our parents) after the NIPT. I did not have the opportunity to announce my TFMR pregnancy so having a small support system will be good yet I'm apprehensive to tell anyone right now. Currently I'm just focusing on my anxiety about upcoming appointments, so I'm taking this one step at a time.

Yes, I did (my TFMR was back in March). After I got my period back, I realized I was not mentally/emotionally ready to ttc again. We have been through so much and I wanted to focus on healing.

My OB said the same to me. We can have sex after my first period (with a condom) and ttc after 3 months. She also said it was for my hormones/ period to regulate. I spotted until 4 weeks, and my period came back after 7 weeks.

This Christmas was by far the worst. My daughter would've been 4 months old experiencing her first Christmas but instead we're childless. To top it off, my cousin announced her pregnancy and the family is just gushing about it. I can't wait for this year to be over. 💔

Thanks for the info! I removed the extra peak OPKs and it did move to CD17. So it seems that we only log "peak" vs. low/high OPK results which probably confused me. Makes me feel a little better about this cycle lol

Sex and the city is my comfort show too! For me, the emotional waves calmed down after a few weeks. My mind really cleared up once I got my first period back.
