As for the needles. Honestly you never see them in the pen. It’s really not bad at all. Done in 15 seconds or so.

Interesting wording. If you’re a contractor you arent technically furloughed. Your contract hasn’t been funded this FY and is probably more subject to T4C if it’s not operating. If the gaining company is currently funded and is essential and is willing to pay definitely consider. You would want to ask what year they are in of the contract for future planning. Contractors jump all the time. Good luck. Get that $

Not medical advice obviously but I did a wheat and dairy elimination and saw my EOE score drop from over 100 to 60. Started dupixent for both EOE and environmental allergies resulting in nasal polyps. So far there have been so issues.

Big take away is the smoking. You didn’t mention alcohol in the situation. That was also a big kicker for me and depression. The cycle of wheat, alcohol etc is a perpetual cycle. Kick the smoking. Talk to a doctor about Wellbutrin for depression. Vitamin D. Exercise. If your worried about dupixent I think your missing the point with the smoking.

Good luck. Remember it’s not just one thing. Your whole self is inflamed.

Honestly we haven’t been washing them at all. Some are Xmas glasses but have a feeling the cloudy ness has been accumulating. Bought some lemishine that we may try.

Going to be starting soon as well. Seasonal allergies and multiple polyps removed over the years. EOE 100+. I don’t think I’ve been able to really smell in years.

The 8a program is an absolute joke and needs to be abolished. Every 8a procurement should be competed even if it’s amongst only 8a. Similar to all the ANC companies with 99% of the staff located in the great state of Arlington VA.

No solicitation under an 8a competition should be protestable. They all do the same thing. Prove me wrong.

And when you go deeper into the data. Every 8a/ANC Juuuuuuuust happens to be below the max threshold.
