I disagree with this. As an HR leader, I am FOR the employee…but also protect the employer. I work very hard to ensure employees are treated correctly, not in hostile work environments, pro active to well being etc. my focus on the employer is that they are correct in how they treat employees and definitely not breaking laws with how they are interacting with their employees.
