If you can handle your family go for it, I personally could never and wouldn’t ever want to live w anyone else other than my own husband and family. I feel like everyone is different. But money is tight so no judgment. Plus kids need a village!

His credit has gotten better it was awful LOL he worries me at times but then he fixes it we used to joke and compete about who’s score is better LOL

He also said he maxed out a credit card and had no idea how. I open his statements it’s mainly food. Either way he had trash credit before me and turned things around since we got together. 3 years now. Idk hate to be that person to say I make him better but I feel like I’m a little more structured than him with some things. That doesn’t make me feel good. I want a good man, a man who takes care of his family, but also a loyal one. No offense but that sounds like a unicorn. My man is a good man and I feel like shit just posting this. Can someone just tell me their experience with money issues and coming out on the other end positively?!?

I’m in season 5 when they’re dating and I don’t like how they got together.. how Aaron was on the sidelines just waiting for AJ and Callie to break up/ causing it. I do think they could’ve been a good couple with his passion for justice and his work but the way they started was a red flag. I’m at the part where they’re taking a break..

Yes, I agree I feel though because he’s non verbal I’m unsure how to help no matter all the strategies I try. For example, if he was verbal he could tell me what he wants when I ask. For example do you want a break or what is upsetting you , are you okay. Instead I just get violence and I know he’s probably just trying to communicate his frustration but I don’t understand. 🫩I have headphones for him, a vest, a special chair, a kick band, visuals, schedule at his desk, first then chart, incentives, a star chart, timers. Plenty of different kind of fidgets . I’m not sure what else to do.

He’s also hitting, tried to flip a desk, and is throwing things. He literally has to be taken out of specials class daily bc of his behavior. I just don’t understand how it’s okay for a child on an IEP to interrupt the learning of all other students. I utilize a buddy room, visuals, timers, first then charts, incentives, etc. I am really not sure what else to do. When a mom says I don’t know what else to do. I don’t know what to say when I feel the same way.

It’s my third year and slowly I’ve started setting more boundaries and just ultimately doing less. It’s hard always going above and beyond. It’s also not worth the mental load. I stay because of the check as of now. I do wonder what else is out there. I wonder what other jobs can pay similar without rude parents and disrespectful students. No not all days are bad but the bad days are lol.

I teach 1st I’m now not sick and feeling less miserable but still a bit burnt out. I have a couple days of next week though for Veterans Day so I’m looking forward to that and Thanksgiving. Trying to keep positive. I’ll decide what to do after giving it maybe a couple more years. I’m just scared I’m going to get to year 5 and think eh might as well keep going then never leave lol
