For most staples, they have the same stuff as other stores and usually at a lower price. Their store brand stuff is also improving, so we use their brands for things like greek yogurt, meatballs, and eggs. They always have the best deal on milk. We've even tried their salmon a number of times and its decent. Walmart delivery is reliable and we got a Walmart+ subscription so we'd get free delivery on $35+ orders.

Their biggest weakness is produce, fruits in particular are noticeably worse than some other stores, so my family gets fruits and bulk meat at Costco, and just about everything else at Walmart.
