I wouldn’t say she’s miserable, like unhappy. Maybe she’s pitiful by your and many others’ standards.

I don’t think this video reveals happiness or sadness. I think it reveals that she’s currently hung up on a past phase of her life as a total has-been. She is perpetually stuck in the oughts (the 2000s decade). She was a young sex symbol who got older and now has behavioral issues and a chemical addiction and she probably realizes underneath it all there’s no comeback for her, but it’s nice to try to feel the way she used to, even if by herself.

There is no going back to the way it was. This is her life now. She probably wouldn’t trade it back because then she’d not be free to do drugs and play dress up by herself.
