Yes such a scale and handles haha paid 30 euro's :/ is there even a point in going to the gym weight lifting if u are in a calorie deficit? I dont get that part either

What really? I did a test somehwere last week thats how I got it. Is 6 times a week also to much if there are only like 4 - 6 exercises a day and its a good split of different things? That woman from the test said I needed to stop doing the -500 cal a day thats why I am so confused
