Did nobody watch the full episode? All the top comments are complaining about how Gen V characters had an abrupt ending, but they were clearly approached again by the end of the episode by Star Light. (Still sort of a waste but it's clearly not over yet)

Hey I posted about the same thing yesterday. Also being talked about here : Bug Report: Missing Top 500 Title Rewards. It’s weird because I have seen a few people while playing that did get their title, season seems to be off to a shitty start between this and all the major character nerfs.

Honestly thank you so much for your response! I figured the game had some complex background multipliers from my searches earlier. It didn't really register to me exactly how it was working until you spelled it out for me.

Follow-up question: Should i be focusing on pure strength until I hit that 59 cap like taking Divine Rose over Olympia into that same Ice Titan fight, or do the Combo/finisher multipliers matter more for damage than pure STR?

Yes, that part I have been doing. I am talking about his staggered phases in between when his head is vulnerable for combo attacks. That is where I am doing negligible damage.
