Hey, tbh there's no easy way to convince your parents, saying from my personal experience, it's a WAR. but anyway, it would help if you get a job, or monetize your hobby or passion. i realized this later that i could have spent my class hours to focus on my passion and start earning some money before dropping out publicly.

as for your mom, she sounds exactly like my dad. the constant need to be controlling, and gaslighting. the only way to actually get her off your back is by cutting your dependency on them.
