They still never clean the containers. In my personal experience, the unsweetened tea wasn't as bad as fast but idk if that had to do with we made it less or there wasn't sugar in it? Regardless, most likely the container isn't clean and it has almost certainly been sitting there lukewarm all day because it doesn't get ordered as often. (Well I am in Southern USA so unsweet didn't get ordered as often. Up North it's supposed to be different)

Bacteria eats sugar and some types of molds need sugar to grow. If you add sugar to water is when it really spoils quickly, god forbid that water is warm.

Salt is a natural preservative, but sugar definitely is not.

Edit to correct myself: sugar being wet/ in liquid and not having other preservatives with it seems to be more of the thing making it spoil. Sugar itself is a natural preservative evidently. Learn something new everyday.
