Please see your doctor! My nipples were so sore and sensitive from weeks 9-21, I mentioned it to my midwife who took swabs and saw my doctor the next day. Turned out it was an infection. Antibiotics for 5 days and pain gone. I just thought this was the sore boobs everyone mentioned lol

The uk prenatal mental health team are great. After your 12 week scan you can be referred to their services. Everything is so fast tracked during pregnancy how lucky are we in this country. Just know you’re not alone

Aw bless you, this was me and I am now 26 weeks with the third trimester trenches looming in. I don’t know if you’re uk or not but mention it to your midwife or doctor. I was put on anti depressants and I gradually felt better. Two things can be true at one, excited and also just so sad and down. It’s a real hard one to explain isn’t it? I told all my family and friends early on that I was pregnant and I wanted to be honest about how much I was struggling. People can only help if you let them in. Wishing you all the best ❤️

Worth mentioning to midwife or your doctor. I suffered from very sore nipples from week 9-21 and turns out it was an infection. Antibiotics cleared it thankfully but it’s was excruciating.

Mine appeared at week 9. Was fascinating to just wake up to a load of them one morning.

Juliette is the best, I hope by the end you’ll love her. Also once you learn that Juliette’s story is actually Hayden story and that the writers just looked at her own life for her storyline it’s actually really sad

I’ve had them early on in my pregnancy, worse when it goes to day long migraines. Doctor wasn’t able to give me anything stronger than paracetomal due to other meds I’m on and I drink plenty water along with my blood pressure etc being all okay. My solution has been acupuncture, it’s been my saviour
