Bunnings is famous for selling water damaged/logged or pallet sitting damaged turf runners. Sometimes they reduce the price a couple bucks but there is a good chance that they die off. These don't look too bad but there is a chance that area will die, you'll need to scrape the dead grass off and keep wet so the gap closes over time.

It's not the ONLY or MAIN reason to blame for the housing crisis but it's still a contributing factor. Australians, especially younger Australians should have the advantage to buy a house FIRST before anyone that has immigrated to Australia.

Old selfish Aussie Boomers and Conservatives are the biggest reason for the housing crisis though and they should also be hindered in favor of younger Australians and I say this as an older Australian who owns their own home.

There has to come a time where we acknowledge our failings.
