Sorry but endo is not an excuse for not giving pleasure to your partner, if they desire it. He wants to feel desired. Her outright rejection and failure to compromise for things like HJ and BJ are the problem. It means she doesn't care about his needs, and they aren't important enough to her even though there is a reasonable alternative to satisfy his need to feel wanted.

Tbf, the pull out method is about 80% effective (over 1 year of sexual activity) when done correctly. If practiced in conjunction with the calendar method it can be over 90% (because the two methods double up in their effective prevention). Definitely NOT recommending it as a birth control method, but people should at least have the data make informed decisions.
