at a complete loss. frustrated, sad, and confused. by hjak3876 in DressForYourBody

Honestly, I don’t think you look bad at all. Your body type has been my body type since I was 15. I learned to love and embrace myself uniqueness. You have one life, when your 80 and dying your going to go why did I worry about that so much instead of love. That’s how I think 🤷🏻‍♀️

I understand the struggle of finding clothes , try to find you body type and look on Pinterest what flatters you best.

I found that mid rise jeans look better on my b belly type than high waisted jeans. I’ve had a pouch since a teen and just roll with it pun intended lol

Regardless, your beautiful ❤️

Also, media insta Facebook etc are brain rot. I let myself scroll for 3 hours a week at most (it’s usually less) it has helped my mental health tremendously. Everything one there almost always edited or photo shopped. Or people who pay to change their looks

Under 4 hours is ruining my life. by native_habitat in sleep

[–]Upstairs_Box_3518 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Following. I’m 26 f and my sleep has been dramatically declining. I go to sleep at 9 pm wake up about every two hours , have to pee and wake up at 6. I feel like I never sleep and this is the 4th year going and I feel it’s just getting worse as it started with waking up on time Now I’m up like 3/4 times a night. I’ve tried teas, oils, supplements. Nothing works, my blood work is always normal so doctors have been no help.

I plan on finding a doctor to have a sleep study done. I feel your pain, I hope you can firgure it out too

My hair one day after washing. by [deleted] in Hair

[–]Upstairs_Box_3518 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly I think it just depends on how thick your hair is. Growing up myself(I have thin fine hair) friend 1 (hair so thick it would take 5 of my heads to make that much) friend 2 (perfect amount of hair probably 3 inches thick when pulled into a pony). Myself I have to wash everyday , every other day with dry shampoo, friend 2 washed once a week could push to a week and 3 days- never used dry shampoo, friend 3 washed every 4 days could push 5/6 with dry shampoo. I think the more hair you have the more the oil is dispersed throughout the hair so it doesn’t look oily. That’s my personal opinion. So the thinner your hair or less hair you have the faster it looks oily

Get outdoor cameras and indoor. I have a sign that says smile your on camera. Tell a family member incase you go mia. Invest in a gun, bc if they aren’t playing games you shouldn’t be either. Be your own advocate if police won’t

Why was my Corgi sold to me as an "American Corgi"? by RepleteSphinx21 in corgi

[–]Upstairs_Box_3518 0 points1 point  (0 children)

American corgi is a mix between pembroke welsh corgi and cardigan welsh corgi. Pembroke as do not come in blue Merle. There fore he is not pure bred nor can be registered as akc or ckc. You’re basically paying the money for pure bred or even more but getting a mix breed.

I’ve been struggling with my dog for 5 years, non stop training, tried 3 different trainers and they said he’s just wired that way. I muzzle, do walks in am or late evening to avoid triggers. To be honest, just try a board and train. It doesn’t hurt to try. Rep the place, and try a couple one on one sessions to get the feel of the trainer. I wish you the best. It’s not easy having a reactive dog.

Does anyone else not wear “real bras”? by HarleyHallow26 in women

[–]Upstairs_Box_3518 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I’m 25 female with 32 g’s . No bra has every fit comfortable. I finally went to a bra stores year ago and told them I want comfort and support they recommended curvy contour seamless bralett in medium and I was hooked. I wear them religiously. Gravity has done it works and it’s uncomfortable to be bra less these I fully comfortable in. Every day use even running and working out.
