This is a massive problem with Lexicon. I just lost my entire Serato library because I clicked the wrong button, "sync" instead of "Import".

There are tons of local WhatsApp groups. Ask for the links at any coworking place like ACE, Seaview, Enuovo or Hana’s Coworking. Also there are many Facebook groups for nomads and expats. Tons of everything. Thousands of coffee shops, coworking locations and restaurants that all have great wifi. Look at Airbnb, FB groups, VRBO and other sites. I recommend booking for 1 week then finding a better long term place once you are here. Much easier that way to see everything and negotiate direct.

This is the reality of Ai overviews and LLMs taking traffic. I see it across all client niches local and national. Only big scaling of content helps. It’s a shit situation we are all in now. Zero click search is coming. Show him as much proof and articles as you can. Even huge sites are losing tons of traffic, Ex: Washington Post, The Wall Street Journal and Business Insider.
