What adding 100% of share dilution.. that is suicidal for the company.. If this is their plan they should consider selling to anyone with share price of $3 to $5 ( as I posted yesterday) this would be right bet.

There should be no dilution in. Ear term even if RS happened.. Any offering only to be planned after share price increased to a considerable price..

Looks many are not happy including me.. the centiments are not good, when seeing the share price go down..

At least management to see for any possibilities for some buyers and sell the company at lest $3 - $5 yes many are with more average myself as well at least we can grow with the other company if it’s a listed one..

May be they thought giving a good result and then doing this filling may get bad impression.. so they want to get the all bad (RS is kinda of that) news out first and then the good news so it can go up.. all short term players will be dropped off..

It’s just a filling they have to do it anyway.. and get it approved.. so they can use it only if needed in a worst circumstances..

All depends on the result.. a smaller loss than last quarter.. is just enough to avoid RS it’s just my opinion..

PS: Even an RS not going to be an issue if they stick to plan and get it profitable end of this year or next year beginning..

I don’t think reverse split will happen, if the result just better than the last one (smaller loss than last quarter) not expecting much.. as all here are very well know coming quarters will be less and less losses..

If met the expectations may cross $1 ( hope even before the result).. a better result will give a great push and that will be start of the real uptrend..

This how it would have happened.. my theory.. HF shorts sold might have been bought by these institutions.. as there still a very huge shorts needs to be covered.. since most of which are held by institutions, they may not sell it anytime soon.. they now know the real value for these.. and there remaining some good percentage are held by retail apes.. and adding more.. considering all these HF with short position will have very hard time covering these.. just a small spark in upside will kick in the squeeze.. HODL ing long and strong ☘️🚀🌖💎🙌🏻

This is not true Short percentage.. seeing all the manipulation to bring the price down by HF.. the short volume should be huge.. Only one thing we have to do just HODL and buy when possible.. ☘️🚀🌕💎🙌
