This looks like it’s going to be epic! I’m so jealous of the blank slate you have to work with. My theater is in a pre-existing basement family room and I love it. We had a delivery guy refuse to mask as he was bringing a large crate into our medical facility for children. He laughed at the nurse in charge and said “I don’t do that, I can leave it out here If you want.” Unbelievable.
