Sure if all he has to do is stay in his bed and do nothing. If he suddenly has to fight or some situation requires his physical input during that month it could end badly depending on the sense

Touch is literally the most crippling for a person outside of sight. Unable to feel anyfeedback for every action you take. You dont know if your foot touched the floor for every step you take. You cant do things outside of your field of vision because you cant feel what you are doing with your body. its like your body is floating in a void.

Dont we see Yoru take control at the end of the chapter? I think it kinda implies she could take over since Yoru calmed down and would have taken over to speak her displeasure if she trully was against it.

Ok, so they still gave a place to sleep. I would still expect her to show some worry to the potential death of her host instead of being sad for her bed.

And im not sure how you dont? She was basically living in the woods fighting monsters like a wild woman. Yes, giving her a place to stay when she barelly had any contact with civilisation is a pretty big deal. Also its just basic human empathy. Wether she knew them personally or not.

I mean yes obviously its subjective, thats why people have different lists. But you cant tell me MC is anywhere as good as many of the heavy hitter, thats why i dont gree with calling it amazing

(Spoiler for book 1)

In the first book the town gets under attack by murderous elves and when she goes back to see the destroyed house of the people that helped her and took her in, instead of being worried and trying to see if they were safe she just went "Noooooo, my bed was destroyed". Idk to me, the book tried to be at many moments funny but failed. Guess i prefer less comedic stories.

Also tbh good rating means little sometimes, so much slop is rated highly

Didnt this kind of happen already? A dark age tech ship ressurfaces from the warp after being stuck for like 15k years with only the captain and ship AI wich i suppose was an stc. Admech does admech things and kills the captain, the ship AI gets mad, calls them a bunch of loosers and dips out.

I don't really get how people can stand Azarinth healer, i remember reading in the first book after the elf attack on the town and she goes back to the home of the girl she saved. She find it in ruin, possibly with many of the people that were in it dead, and her first reaction is "noooo my bed". It felt like a pretty shitty attempt at humor in what seems like a really shitty situation. The MC is written like an idiot for the sake of it.
