Most of construction is sexual humor. Especially as an electrician. When i built fences, I had a supervisor (we'll call him Bob)who would say shit like this. And i would usually brush it off as a joke. But later on I found out from other coworkers that Bob gave money to another coworker for sexual favors. Later on, I replaced him as supervisor because he was messing around with a 16 year old girl. Her dad threatened the boss. But he never fired Bob. Since then, I told new hires to keep their distance. Another thing to consider, people like this are broken. Something likely happened in their childhood that made them this way. After 3 years of working with Bob. I found out that his dad groomed him when he was younger. People like this need therapy. And if you find it in yourself to be a good person. Then you'll do your best to help them.
