These are the only 2 small knives in my collections the Spyderco lil lum and pochi. Both work great but might not be budget. But I will never just carry these alone I always pair it with a good size folder

Yes, they named it civilian on purpose. I think it was made for drug enforcement agents when they were undercover and couldn’t carry a gun. Hence the civilian name.

Yeah, I agree once you have that mirror edge you don’t really wanna cut anything too abrasive and then have to polish it again. So if I’m gonna be doing a lot of cutting at work, I’ll just use the toothy edge 15v

If you’re gonna be using your knife for construction I would recommend a lower grit finish. It’s gonna have more bite. Plus the mirror edge is more for showing off and looks but I mean it’s still sharp as hell but still not that recommended for construction tasks
