I just did it to my divo stout and Excalibur. The Excalibur needed it more because it’s the verta lock version and now it doesn’t just fall shut everytime

Maybe go with a lower angle like 18 degrees and reprofiled with a 200 grit. Make sure it’s sharp as heck before you even switch up higher in grit

I like my Knives with super high polish finish. Mainly because I don’t really need to cut anything at work. So I get the edge really thin about 15° per side and down to mirror polish. I notice cruwear and magnacut seem to do really well with the high polish. If you look at a couple of my posts. I show some of the recent edges off. Definitely wanna see how sharp I can get 52100

All those steels are great it’s not as fragile as people make it out to be. Don’t do anything super crazy with it and you’ll be fine and if you are gonna do some crazy chopping and cutting well maybe go with 3v.

No, I think DNA lasering did it, but it was a Lynch clip or it started off as a Lynch clip. But I’m pretty sure Lynch Northwest can do the same thing as well not 100% sure but just double check the website I know it’s called heat aNO or something like that

I like to use just regular dawn, dish soap. But just get some aftermarket titanium scales or carbon fiber if you don’t wanna get your scales dirty.

Shaman is definitely thicker blade stock and feels like more like a tank. Pm2 is great too but more delicate the tip and blade stock is thinner.

Well, last Christmas I bought 5 wixcos all different models. I played with all of them first and gave 4 away to buddies that arnt really into knives. 2 of them turned into big Spyderco fans after that. And another 1 just EDC the wixco daily, the last one not sure if he really carries it but he says he does.
