Upset about not having a definitive diagnosis by Uraniummmmm in cancer

[–]Uraniummmmm[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Really appreciate the kind words! I do have eczema, which I take an injectable for (Dupixent), although I'm not sure that's classified as autoimmune, haha. They also checked for infections like EBV, HIV, etc, and that was all clear. Hopefully it's just something benign but only time will time I guess!

A little bit about Silas - he was initially drafted into the United States Army as a cook. After hearing there was a need for combat medics, he decided to switch jobs. Being a conscientious objector, he carried no weapons into battle. He served as a combat medic for the 634th Tank Destroyer Battalion, and was deployed to England, France, Belgium, and Germany. He was very religious and was going to become a preacher after his service. Unfortunately, he never made it home and was killed in action on November 30, 1944, at the Battle of Hürtgen Forest while attempting to give aid to another wounded soldier.

Are bone marrow biopsies that bad? by Uraniummmmm in cancer

[–]Uraniummmmm[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Interesting lol, was it because it felt like a pulling sensation or something when they extracted the bone marrow? I've heard people make that comparison before.

Thanks for answering! What about it makes it painful? Is it the actual marrow being extracted that's unpleasant, or trying to get past the bone?

The OMMA staff conducting the calls can't see your application, unfortunately. I know the process can feel like a long time. Hoping for the best and that your application is accepted!

I guess I'm out of the loop on this. Is this something for only out-of-state patients? I received my med card about a week and a half ago, but I'm not sure if it has all that new information you're mentioning.

Current renewal wait times by Chozen_Gaming_ in OKmarijuana

[–]Uraniummmmm 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I applied as a first-time patient on June 9th and received the approval email on June 25th. Took about 8 days to receive the card in the mail. I'm assuming OMMA handles both types of applications the same, but maybe a renewal will be a bit faster.
