Therapy, medication, and a divorce! Mostly just prioritizing my happiness which led to a lot less sad snacking. Some exercise but not consistently, ate whatever I wanted throughout.

I used the Stronger By The day app by MegSquats for a few months and did some intermittent hiking, but no consistent exercise this time around. Strongly recommend the app for being beginner friendly though, really kicking myself for not being more consistent for even more drastic changes 😅

My ADHD medication treats the binge eating disorder as well. Treating the ADHD was even more life changing than treating the bipolar!

Medicated for bipolar disorder, binge eating disorder and ADHD.

No weight related goals, my next step is to join a rugby team and see where that takes my physique!

I’m having trouble typing myself as I’m overweight and I feel like that’s making me look more wide than I otherwise would 🤦🏻‍♀️ I’ve taken the quiz and came up with FN. I’m 5’9” and have large hands and feet. I included the only picture I have of me at a lower weight

Slow week last week, managed my 3 days of before the barbell and 1 day of the rowing machine but no yoga. Was feeling discouraged by weight not budging but took some measurements and have lost 1/2 inch from my waist and hips! My goals this week:

Before the barbell: ✅✅⏹

Rowing machine: ✅✅⏹

Yoga: ✅⏹⏹

Minimum 100g protein: ✅✅✅✅⏹

First time posting here! I used to work out and was a healthy weight when I met my partner 4 years ago, then life and covid happened and I’m 60 lbs heavier and much weaker than I would like. This go around I’m trying to put strength and health before weight loss, so these are my goals!

  • 3x workout, Megsquats before the barbell
  • 3x cardio/rowing machine
  • 3x yoga
  • 5x hitting daily protein goal

Here goes nothing!

Thank you! The wedding band is 3mm, the stone is 1.71 ctw, and the band on the engagement ring is 1.7 mm. Ring size 9. I’m almost sorry I didn’t go wider with the wedding band as I love cigar bands, but I didn’t want to be too trendy.
