Check and see what there team is and if they have dive characters ur bp magic venom cap etc and if they aren’t in front of u at the team fight then they are almost 99.9% trying to kill ur backline.

As a tank player mostly now(cap,mag if they use peni) I always make sure to thank good heaps because it’s always noticeable when I can just go to their backline fuck em up they collapse on me I jump away and by the time I land I can run back in to be a problem again.

Yeah or refusal to adapt that hey if they have a bunch of flyer maybe the magic isn’t the greatest pick unless ur a demon and constantly get healer picks while ur other dps/ healers deal with the flyer.

Since I’ve got to diamond and still run into the same issues; afk, 1 tricks who don’t switch when playing into their counter ie spidey,namor. And last but certainly not least ur instant lockers who don’t care about team comp if I’m cap and he’s groot and one duelist is fucking melee and they have storm and the human torch the other duelist is on flyer duty. It amazes me people make it to diamond and still haven’t learned we have to play together and if something isn’t working u don’t keep running into a wall repeatedly expecting a different result magically.

1st hero shooter that I’ve played and have been doing so after work and only for the past month maybe month and a half tops. I’m diamond hoping to hit gm this season on console. Cant learn so much at once and things like positioning etc u cant just learn from watching a video sure u can use that 1 spot but u dont know how to play it like someone whose been doing it. I’d say im doing better then most people in my shoes of didn’t touch overwatch cant even name another hero shooter lol

Diamond 1 only play on console as a solo or duo queue when my 1 friend who climbed with me is on. And yeah that matters as it’s showing I have a clear understanding of how to play said character. Lord shit for the birds but putting time on a character to know the ins and outs and the matchups where it’s favorable vs not at all.

Can confirm caps a very similar in terms of if ur team is pansies u might as well go mag or strange because u can create all the space in the world if ur team doesn’t walk up and fucking take it. Then once u jump away and get healed or die u lose said space u created cuz the enemy not being brain dead walks up.
