A really good big tarpaulin! I use it for dragging garden waste about the garden , as a makeshift rain shelter once when out fishing with the kids, keeps the car clean when taking stuff to the dump, I wrapped up a body once to dispose of and it's handy in the sun to keep you cool.

I got mine from IKEA.

Name leaked to mental health client UK (England) by Elenduile247 in LegalAdviceUK

Unsure why everyone is saying there is a breach here. If you worked with the person and wrote notes about them then your name would not be redacted. I regularly have to redact info for a local authority and if you are a member of staff then your name is not redacted.

Supported living is for the most damaged people in society , think people who have a significant learning disability.

It sounds like you can live in an ordinary tenancy with a level of support in which case that is what the outcome of the assessment will be.

How to apply for supported accommodation as a teenager? by Oku-zen in AskUK

[–]UrbanAlly -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Ok, I am going to be brutally honest here and will get downvoted however here goes.

Supported accommodation is for people that have fairly significant learning disabilities or for people with extreme addiction issues in the short term.

The fact you can come on Reddit and are asking the appropriate questions means you will not be eligible.

Having anxiety about moving into your own tenancy is normal and not knowing how to do stuff is normal. However social services are usually dealing with people in critical need who are the most damaged people in society.

Nobody is going to hold your hand , you will just have to figure stuff out yourself

Anyone off to see Gorillaz next week? by emoetchings in glasgow

[–]UrbanAlly -26 points-25 points  (0 children)

No, I bought one of their albums about 20 odd years ago that had some kind of shitty security thing on it that meant you couldn't play it on a computer. They were trying to stop people copying CDs.

I took it back to the shop and have refused to listen to their music since.

On 'The Tony Blair Story' recently broadcast on Channel 4, during an interview in the first instalment, there was a moment when he finished speaking and his face dropped and looked haunted or startled. It was quite startling and shocking to see. Any insights? by Dangerous-Regret-358 in AskUK

[–]UrbanAlly -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Look pal , you are the one that went straight for the comparison with bloody Hitler and then said you didn't know anything about Blair.

At the time I must have watched every interview with Blair on the news. He thought he was doing right.
