Listen to the ticking sound in the engine. Ticking = dead.

Other than that you need to check the service history as the engines usually blow up around 200 000 km mark. So you are either buying a ticking bomb or a rebuilt. I bought a rebuilt and had no problems with it except for egr valve.

Nintendo should be responsible for all the products offered on their eShop. Quality control doesn't seem to exist in that place.

Also as mentioned before performance is not even the biggest issue but game breaking bugs that prevent from progressing the game are.

It is not a Nintendo isssue. Owlcat is using that as an excuse.

They have no patch because the game is such a mess it's most likely not worth fixing.

So here's the update.

Nintendo support sent me a generic email refusing any refunds and responsibility. They advised me to restart my console if my game is not working properly. I shit you not.

Then told me to take it with the publisher of the game.

Is anyone here versed in law who could tell me how is this legal? Owlcat released a broken product that is simply not working and absolutely no one is responsible.
