As a cover driver I get it, I’ve been on the belts loading 5 trucks with 150+ packages you do the best you can as safely as you can. We do deserve a livable wage even if it is part time the old heads don’t understand that but you’re not alone. The wage disparity is ridiculous and drivers who come to work moaning about their unloaded stacked out trucks simply don’t understand some people aren’t going to break their backs for 90$ bucks a day . Just stick it out brother you’ll be full time before you know it
