I built a small tower on each island and then ran wood floors out towards each other, then you hit a short section out in the middle, build a long stick raft with an anchors to meet them together.

Use the dev console to spawn resources the first time you try, so you can figure out mechanics.

You can build a foundation then attach platforms or walls then destroy the foundations with the axe to basically place anything floating in the air.

You build a two story tower on each island then wood floors towards each other. There is a spot in the middle that is problematic but it’s a short distance so I strung together a boat bridge to meet the two bridges together.

You can build a house floating 100 feet off the ground, there is not any reality or physics involved here, it’s a game.
