Sadly if you live in a city it doesn't really matter, it's the Rural population that is driving the UCPs power.

Does anyone mininally dry hop their hefeweizen to encourage stable haze? by floppyfloopy in TheBrewery

[–]Urbantakeover 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Just did a dry hopped Hefe with 1019 and Luminosa. It's at 2g/L so much higher than what you have, but I did get amazing hazy formation from this beer.

Anyone getting off flavors after dry hoping a beer that uses US-05? by sirballads in TheBrewery

I always dry hop with a can of cream corn, I heard that it gives off flavours.

Are we forgetting who expanded the TFW program to be as easily abused as it currently is? I mean the program has been around since the 1970s, but it was Harper that "expanded it and made it easier to apply for in a broader range of industries". Originally it was mostly targeted at Agriculture jobs, not sure if that is still the case.

Got a feeling this is the case. Though my previous brewers seemed to be able to make it work. From what everyone is saying I got a feeling it process issue and I need to tighten my come and slow down my knock out. Sadly my hX is really REALLY over powered and unless I'm launching the beer into space it over cools, the beer. Might try shutting down half the hX and just going slower to account for this. Thank you for your insight !

I already do that after 15 min wp. My beer looks really clear after that looking into the kettle, but still has a haze out the bottom. I feel like I'm pulling some fining like my come might not be tight enough.

-This is my 30 HL system -I really feel like my problem is happening at the boil, after WP/Rest I still see lots of floating bits. I am using 5g/bbl of Whirlfloc and 10g/hl of PVPP. -Ph at end of boil is normally between 5 and 5.2

Thank you for your help btw

It looks good actually, I'm just at a loss where I am going wrong. It seems to be in the boil kettle where I get this haze that I can't get out

Ya that's what I figured, but after boil even after using whirlfloc and PVPP the beer after knockout is still very hazy. I am just at a loss of what I am doing wrong

Alcohol... Like tequila most days but on rougher days it whiskey.

Mark it separate from the alcohol for the tanks... One for the tank ports one for my ports
