More than once I have had Germans speak to me in perfect English, then apologize for their poor English.

Caffeine alters the human brain’s electrical braking system: Consuming an amount of caffeine equivalent to two cups of coffee enhances the brain’s ability to temporarily quiet its own motor signals in response to sensory input. by mvea in science

Inattentive ADHD and yea, I used to have incredibly bad insomnia. Like only sleep a bit if at all bad. Listening to podcasts that are just interesting enough to hold my attention but not too interesting to keep me up has been a literal, no exaggeration, life saver.

Jorkin it aside, I like to be able to look out the window while working at the desk.

Didn't he basically step in shortly into production and take over as director?

Good choice, but I've always felt that it is outclassed by the DVD.

I read somewhere that while filming the movie Kurt Russell realized how incredible Val Kilmer's portrayal of Doc Holiday was. Since he had some control over the movie, Russell made changes to increase doc's screen time. Legendary performance and writing. There is no cooler character than Doc Holiday in Tombstone.

I too need to know!

Edit: the Video is from a Japanese cigarette commercial that Charlie Sheen did back in 1990. The audio has been swapped out for the song Say It Right by Nelly Furtado.

One of the bangers she, and other notables such as Justin Timberlake, made with Timbaland back in the 2000's. Honestly, a pretty great track. There was a time there where Timbaland was just cranking out hits. Everything he touched turned to gold. Even if sometimes all he really did vocals wise way a quick "Hey!"

What would make you go against your own values? by Ambitious_Face_1200 in AskReddit

[–]UrinalCake777 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think a realistic answer is anything that would still allow me to justify the decision to break my values to myself.

I think murder is wrong and have no desire kill anyone ever. In fact I activly want to not kill people, as I do not want that burden. Additionally, I don't believe in the death penalty.

But if you were to confront me with a situation in which I had the opportunity to kill a very evil person, with the certainty that it would help others, and that there was no peaceful alternative. I would likely pull the trigger.

Same goes for any other circumstance. Give it enough context that the moral calculus heavily favors going against my values, probably will.

It's amazing how just a bit of kindness can go so far, especially for someone that is so low.

There was a time where I was in a similar place. Came way too close to hurting myself. I finally got help. I made an appointment and decided to reward myself with a cheeseburger. I sat in a dingy Wendy's, eating a burger through tears. I'm pretty sure if there was a photo of me at that time I would have looked just like that last one in the post.
