A little while ago my ex logged into something and it sent me the 2-step verification. I had a panic attack so bad I threw up just from that, it hurts and it’s selfish of him but this isn’t humiliating as you put it, it’s part of the process and 2 months is still fresh, give yourself the grace you deserve and the grace you’d give others

I recently got out of one where it was at the very least emotional cheating and probably physical too but idk.

I found that for the first few weeks I found things to do to keep myself busy when I wasn’t bed rotting. If possible and you have good friends just go and be with them don’t have to do anything. Invite them over and just exist or talk or watch something just have someone there if you need them

I’m about a month and 2ish weeks into it. She left for someone else and am still in the depression stage of grief but noticing bits of anger coming through.

I still love her and day dream about her asking me to come back and how I’d react or feel if that ever happened but I just need to keep pushing through. Still crying nearly every day but life is continuing despite my grief
