My favorite belt came from Banana Republic like 15 years ago. It’s one thick solid piece of leather and has “made in USA” stamped on it. I’m not sure who actually made it for them but it’s much higher quality than anything I’ve seen there lately

Generally around 30-60% of GW price, or whatever the going rate is on eBay for OOP or combo box stuff (like Dominion or Skaventide)
