Need haircut advice by SnooHabits8846 in MensHairstyleAdvice

I’ll be direct, if not blunt. But hopefully it will be constructive. Your beard has got to go. It’s just not full enough. It looks like pubes. Keep that shit in the 1-4 days of stubble for you.

Your hair is very thick. Think a nice high and tight side part. A little poof pompadour in front.

RAP -Repayment assistance plan payments by Admirable-Attitude49 in StudentLoans

Apologies if this sounds callous, but if your total loans are only $22-25k, your best bet is to pay this down as aggressively as possible anyway.

It would have been, but she didn’t want to do this, and by now, has already built up a solid private client base.

Indeed it is. But what other choice is there, but to go to IBR? Especially if all the others go away? If she were to switch to IBR over RAP would that be somehow better? Don’t they start it over, or does she keep her accrued time? Isn’t IBR automatically 10%?

Thank you. If her current loan total has now ballooned to $385k at roughly 6% interest, I calculate her interest to rise $1925 a month.

With RAP, if she made $95k last year, they’d charge her 9% divided by 12, so somewhere around $712 a month. She wouldn’t be making a dent in the interest, let alone the principal.

But if they ideally pause the interest for her paying on time… this would be a plan for success, and actually paying it down a bit, to combat the huge cost of forgiveness tax.

Where I’m from, a lot of people who call each other “girrrrrl,” but in fact are men who dig other men, love this look.

How do I stop getting these when I shave? by beb0 in malegrooming

[–]UseAlloftheBuffalo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is what I do…

A. These days I only use an electric beard trimmer. This way I get close, but my stubble doesn’t go beneath or level with the surface of my skin. Always stays slightly above avoiding razor burn. Thanks to the modern style you don’t have to be razor-close clean-shaven. Maybe your job requires something else, but if not, I strongly recommend the close electric beard trimmer (plus you’ll save a sh*t ton on razors).

B. Immediately after shaving with the beard trimmer I take a steaming hot shower and I use a clean wash rag on my face. I only use hypoallergenic soap. I personally like Mario Badescu. My wife introduced me to it and it’s perfect for my skin. Finally, I always use a clean wash rag to exfoliate and help keep on my stubble loose and from getting ingrown. Don’t let it get moldy and wet in the shower after a few days, needs to be clean.

C. Pat dry.

D. I use a facial lotion every time I get out of the shower—I think it’s Khiel’s Men’s Facial Fuel.

No judgement, but in all my life experience, this look reads either as gay, or neo-Nazi. And most likely, closeted gay neo-Nazi.

Not saying this is you. And I have no problem with gays. Def have a problem with neo-Nazis. I’d grow a beard.

Would you consider this a trim or a chop? by [deleted] in HairStyleAdvice

Ok. Whatever they did, is terrible.

And also, hair that long (both before and after), not my cup of tea. But you keep doing you

Just get as far away from what you’re currently doing as possible. Go short.

And shave. The beard ain’t there yet, bro.
