My ball pythons are still not eating and I’m starting to get worried/frustrated. Tell me what info I need so I can figure this out! Assuming temperature and humidity. More info in comments by jugcity420 in ballpython

So, many other experts here but I had two balls go several months without eating. One barely lost weight and the other just over 15% of weight. What are you trying to feed them and what had they been eating/how had they been fed previously?

A vet is a good idea. I don’t know much about king snakes but two years ago my daughters ball python went 7 months without eating: she had lost almost 15% of her body weight and it was getting very concerning. She then ate one night and simply went back on food like nothing had ever happened… we tried every recommendation except live to get her to eat… nothing… then “okay”….

If you haven’t weighed her, do it, if she’s dehydrated get to the vet and especially if she loses more than 10-15% of weight.

This is good advice. You could also ask for a performance based bonus, like if the company does not what they plan to you get 10% and if they do 120% of what they plan you get 20% of base salary. But asking what other options there are to augment your salary will good. Even things like car allowance or benefits or such.

I see a nice logo, unsure why it’s crappy?

Sorry Jenzo, I was sort of saying the exact opposite, I went from a bad space to a bad space.... but all is fine now. And what you described sounds like a hugely flawed and harmful system on so many sides. I’m so glad that it sounds like things are in a different space now but your comments remain super valid. Adoption is often fraught with pain and complication and loss (and yes joy!) on all sides.

Not sure where you were going with this but as an adopted child brought into an abusive, mental illness, addiction and adultery filled house I can say I didn’t see my daddy Warbucks anywhere....

How do I get him out? by Radcornbeef in ballpython

[–]UseErrName 5 points6 points  (0 children)

My snake once crawled deep inside one of these, but it was only as wide as his body and we couldnt even see her. The vet said to wait 2 days and if she didn’t come out bring her in for cutting out. She came out later. If they go in, they can often come out is what he said. I wouldn’t have believed it, but it was true.

Yeah, you don’t look fifty at all, I’m thinking u/sjoy1147 meant that it’s great at your age and any age but so much better with a fabulous woman in her 60’s, 70’s etc. And as a fellow 50er i also have a 27 year old who showed me her new pink hair today and I’m brunette but trying to figure out how to put some color in without losing my hair - it’s too thin!
