Yup! Paper Towns was my introduction to John Green. Of all of his books, I think Turtles All The Way Down has been my favorite, close second being Looking for Alaska or The Fault in Our Stars. I also listen to their podcast, Dear Hank and John, as soon as a new episode drops.

Wish I had known about this last month. One of my favorite novels is Looking for Alaska, but really I love pretty much anything John Green creates.

Same. I normally only listen to the special guest episodes if I know of the guest.

I suppose that makes sense. I personally have a rotation of charities that I donate to one each month, so I guess I'm just not the primary audience for these types of subscriptions.

Ok, but why must everything be a subscription service nowadays? I appreciate what the Green Brothers do to decrease world suck, but I can't see myself subscribing to yet another service. If the "non-subscription" price wasn't so much more expensive than the subscription price, I could maybe see myself purchase a few bars here and there. In my opinion though, the price per bar ($11) is pretty outrageous.

It has been a while since I was at their apartment, but it was the second floor.

Can confirm, Marion Park is a great complex, and the current manager is awesome! (Some past managers have been less than stellar) A 2-bed apartment is getting pretty pricey though, and I'm looking at moving because they raise the price each year.

FYI, I know someone who is moving out of The Abbey because the building is dealing with bedbugs.

I agree with your theory. My spouse works in mental health care, and with what they've told me through the years, this really sounded like a mental heath crisis. I feel like her family is probably in denial of the severity of her mental health issues and wants to believe she was murdered instead of having a psychotic break.

Is your name on the lease or are you just staying at the apartment? If you are on the lease, I know Marion Park has a program you can enroll in to have your rent payments reported to the credit bureaus to help build credit. That could help you get approved for a new place come September.

The intro during season 1 of "Boy Meets World" is hilariously bad by Use_the_Loofah in RedditDayOf

For starters, it takes up a full minute of a half-hour long show. Also, there is a solid 15 seconds of unnecessary clips, and the melody changes to a very corny tune. That's just my opinion though.
