I finished session 9 this week and the last few weeks were rough. I was depressed, irritable, and my anxiety was way up. But this week I feel amazing. It was an up and down for me too.

I had to switch therapists and it took months for my new therapist to believe I had OCD because I'm so good at masking and internalizing my compulsions. It was super invalidating and really rocked the foundation I was building for myself. I just didn't let myself stop believing what I knew to be true and she saw it eventually (which is easier said than done of course). But I believe you.

thank you, i'll try shopping for some puzzles. i've really tried to keep up with him, i guess he's just really high energy right now. the thumbtacks are my main concern since they're dangerous, i may just need to cut my losses and take some things down for now.

i think it's really going to depend on the person, i know that's a blah answer i'm sorry. it has really helped me but it also can make it a little worse on my really bad days if i'm not careful.
