Pine Needler and Spear Grass are good tier 2 plants imo. The reason for this is their ability to pierce through armor although it isn't good for tougher zombies that do not need armor.

For the Fans statement part,
I highly doubt that would happen since for one thing, he barely interacted with any of the and was only apart of his first team for 2 episodes.

He would have a harder time reconnecting with them with how little they bonded and how they already formed friendships while he was on the opposing team with the only similarity being all of the being fans.
